Conwy - Suspension Bridge and Castle Wall.jpg
Built by Thomas Telford, Conwy Suspension Bridge was designed to carry road traffic across the River Conwy in North Wales, and was one of the first such structures in the world. It was built in 1826 in the shadow of the town's famous castle. It is pictured here between the modern road and rail bridges. Photographed in July.
