The Topiary Garden at Levens Hall, Kendal, Cumbria. This part of the garden was created in 1694. The topiary is made up of small leaved evergreen yews Taxus baccata and Taxus baccata 'Aurea', as well as various forms of Buxus sempervirens (box). It is underplanted in summer with Verbena rigida and yellow Antirrhinums (snapdragons).
