Painwick - Post Office.jpg
Built in 1478, the Post Office, in Painswick, Gloucestershire, is the oldest building in Britain to be used for that purpose. It is also the only building in the town to retain its exposed timber framing. It is pictured here decorated for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in June 2012.
